RewriteCond $1 !^(index\.php|images|robots\.txt)  这里的静态资源我在view中的文件里引用还是不行，我的静态资源都放在了根目录，必须要用base_url

是的，但也需要根据你的目录情况进行修改！

RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /index.php/$1 [L]
这么写就不行会显示 没有文件
把第三行 改成 RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /index.php?/$1 [L]
就可以了  想请教一下  是什么原因

你的 codeigniter config 设置的不是 PATH_INFO 吧？
