CodeIgniter 发邮件出现Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded

        出了这个问题，找问题找了很久都没有找到，在下面这篇blog 里面找到了解决方法~~

在codeigniter框架下发送邮件，找了网上的例子代码，还有看官方视频上的源码，依葫芦画瓢的照搬操作，但是还是出

        Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in的错误

        找了好几个代码都出同样错误，早上在codeigniter官网上找到了解决方法和可能的原因：是操作系统的缘故，论坛原贴：

        I concur with Soar. I was having that Max execution time probleme when trying to send email through SMTP using a Windows 2008 server with MailEnable. I then change my parameters and used my FC6 Unix server with Exam as the MTA and it worked right away.

        EDIT: I added these 2 lines:

        $config['newline'] = "\r\n";
        $config['crlf'] = "\r\n";

        and it started working right away with my Windows server.

        我加上上两config马上就可以了.

看返回信息 根本原因是超时，但是加上那两个config的原理是什么？   @hex  求教育
