运行一段时间后就报CI_Session_files_driver出问题

我的是用wamp建站的，内网，单独服务器，php 7.1.9 apache2.4.27，错误信息如下

重启wamp后又正常了，只想知道什么原因造成的。

备注一下：3.1.8的时候没有问题，不会是我下载的文件有问题吧。
