邮件发送不成功

这是我的邮件测试代码，你对照修改一下相关参数，我这里测试没问题（PHP5.5.20, CI3.0，QQ企业邮箱）

恩我觉得代码的配置应该是没问题的，可能是缺少什么服务支持

这个错误代码好像是因为远程服务器没有响应，调一下浏览器的字符编码，看看这个具体提示是什么

额那个乱码是调不了的。。。。，现在好像错误又不一样了。。。搞晕了
