[HELP] 除了welcome 其他controllers 都无法访问

新建了codeigniter项目
在controllers 下建了新的控制器payroll.php文件

但是访问
http:/xxx/
http:/xxx/index.php
http:/xxx/index.php/welcome
http:/xxx/index.php/payroll

这几个地址都是默认自带的welcome界面

请问为啥自己写的controller无法被访问到？
