email类发邮件错误问题，请大家帮忙分析一下原因

问题描述：
网站要做注册发邮件激活的功能，邮件服务是公司自己搭建的。
用自己公司的邮箱注册，能收到激活邮件，用其他邮箱注册，报错，收不到注册邮件。公司邮箱网页版和foxmail都可以给其他邮箱发邮件。客户端在发送邮件时必须勾选“此服务器要求安全连接 ssl” 貌似一般默认是不选的

请大家帮忙分析一下原因。
