Windows 下使用的话，你可以关注一下 Intype 这个编辑器，他可以使用转换过的 TextMate 的 Bundle。

TextMate 是 Mac 下的，如果你是苹果机，就可以用，否则你就用不了这个。
只能用 Windows 下的 Intype。
