上传文件时提示“You did not select a file to upload”

使用upload类上传excel文件，各种后缀，xls/xlsx/csv。一般情况下都能上传成功，但有些excel上传提示“You did not select a file to upload”。有时csv能正常上传，但另存为xls就出现“You did not select a file to upload”提示了。百度上找过，都说do_upload()时文件名要统一，表单要有multipart等等，这些条件都满足了，多数情况都能正常上传excel，有时就是会出现“You did not select a file to upload”的提示。
