看手册上是创建.htaccess文件 然后写入
RewriteEngine OnRewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-fRewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-dRewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php/$1

我用的是windows下的apache
rewrite应该是这行打开吧：LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so

虚拟主机放在测试端口8002下面

访问http://localhost:8002/manage/user 是404
访问http://localhost:8002/index.php/manage/user就是正常的
