默认的URL无法访问
默认的友好路径比如，http://localhost/index.php/index/contact/
这个路径无法访问。
启用查询字符串
换成：http://localhost/index.php?c=index&m=contact,就可以访问，
这是不是NGINX里的配置问题，需要修改哪里？
如果启用查询字符串，会不会影响到uri类？
.htaccess文件里你是怎么写的？application/config/config.php中的$config['index_page']的值是？ rewrite模块加载了没有？
