数据库连接失败，重启apache正常，什么原因？

错误异常如下：
A Database Error Occurred

Unable to connect to your database server using the provided settings.

Filename: F:\php_web\xhkj_new\sys\database\DB_driver.php

Line Number: 124
重启apache后又正常了，过一段时间又会出现这样的错误，重启又正常了……
我用的是mssql

关掉P连接试试，就是持久连接。

感觉应该是 mssql 的因素
