数据库连接问题

有时候就会出现下面这种错误，然后重新启动一下apache就又正常了，不知道为什么？是和我的数据库设置有关么？还是我程序的原因？我怀疑是不是，连接打开之后，我一直没关闭的关系？

mysql服务关掉了?或者配置出错?

什么数据库？mysql？mysql我没遇到过这样的问题。
