nginx部署codeigniter 404错误

1 可能是我的路由设置的问题
2nginx配置问题

www.XXXX.com/ci/index.php     这样可以显示默认的页面 是一个登录页面  但是跳转的时候404   
跳转到这个地址：http://www.wifipix.com/ci/index.php/user/login

路由是这样设置的：
$route['default_controller'] = 'user/enter';
$route['404_override'] = '';
